Small Group Training is a great compromise of the Bootcamp Classes and a Personal Training Session. Your workouts are customized to your abilities and personal goals like Personal Training, but they are completed in a group setting. Each individual in the group setting is not necessarily doing the same workout, merely working out at the same time. The Small Group Training is designed for the individual who enjoys working out with other people, but needs a program specific to their individual abilities and goals.
Small Group Training is only scheduled when an existing group trains, or when a group of people schedule a session. Exceptions can be made based on personal conversations with an Explosion Fitness Solutions Staff Member.
Working in a small gtoup setting with a trainer creates a group accountability environment where the session is designed for you and a couple other clients specifically.

Using proper movement patterns and various cardio activities, we beign to build up endurance in our muscles and cardiovascular health.
Strength and Power
Once a solid foundation has been established, the client can progress their training with increasing their overall strength and force potential to maximize calories burned.
