A favorite of twenty-somethings up to seventy-somethings, Bootcamp will help you get in shape! Incorporating cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance into every class, you will get a total body workout. It is good for people who want to lose weight, gain strength, help their heart and lungs, and age gracefully.
