Middle School

We want to get our student-athletes started off with the right training techniques as early as possible. For ages 8 - 13, the middle school Sports Performance Program consists of speed/agility and strength sessions. We make sure the exercises in our strength sessions utilize mostly body weight, using light weights to get them used to the weight-bearing exercises. The speed/agility sessions focus on correct running form and how to use your body to get faster and more agile.
