Speed and Agility,

Strength Training

 

Sports Performance Training: Whether you are a starter for your team or are working to make the team, we can help you with our Speed and Agility Training and Strength Training. We pick up the pace from our Middle School workout routines, incorporating more explosive fitness so you can hone your skills, get faster and make sure your muscles are ready to take on the challenges ahead. 

We offer camps at different times during the year, so give us a call to see what's coming up. Normally, we have a Winter Camp the week between Christmas and New Year's Day, as well as a 10 - Week Summer Camp. There are some sport-specific camps and training, so let us know which sport you're in. We'll make sure your workout routines, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility training are geared toward your sport.

We hold off-site camps at Fenwick, Lakota East, Cincinnati Christian, and Moeller high schools. We are happy to go to your school, too. Just give us a call and we can put together a program for your team and/or school. Our professional personal trainers will make sure you are in your best shape and ready to compete on the field anywhere in Cincinnati!
