Why Eat Healthy?

Have you ever thought about working out everyday for a specific length of time? How about just until you form specific muscles? That sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it? Following that logic, we don’t want anyone to diet either.

We, at Explosion Fitness, know that being healthy is a lifelong commitment. It involves exercise and eating right. This sounds simple, but we all know how hard it really can be. We’re too busy to exercise or cook, so we get in the car to order takeout instead. The problem is that with our busy lives comes trouble: Trouble going up and down the stairs without huffing and puffing; Trouble with diabetes, heart disease or other lifestyle type diseases; Trouble that can be avoided with exercise and healthy food.

Let’s focus on eating healthy and getting the nutrients our body needs. Explosion Fitness knows that everyone is different and what works for one person won’t work for another. That’s why we have different avenues to help you eat right.

Nutritional Therapy

Terrie Bilinski is our Nutritional Therapist. She works with her clients to get their bodies in shape from the inside out. Terrie’s training allows her to uncover root causes of any present symptoms and address them. She works on supporting the body so it functions normally, which will ultimately promote a state of optimum health and wellbeing.

2014 brought with it the beginning of AdvoCare products to Explosion. This company sells nutrition, weight-loss, energy and sports performance products. As our trainers found out more about the products, some have started taking them to help support their fitness goals.

Juice Plus+

Juice Plus is whole food based nutrition, including juice powder concentrates from 25 different fruits, vegetables and grains. It helps bridge the gap between what you should eat and what you do eat every day.

We don’t want you to rely only on supplements. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, and getting many of your nutrients from your food is preferable. If you still have reasons (excuses) why you don’t eat healthy, check out our blog, Turn Negatives into Positives. We can help!
