Fall Back into Fitness Challenge    

September 1 – September 30

 

 Lots of Chances to Win a Personal Training Session!

  • Ø Person who attends the most sessions during the month
  • Ø Largest % of Body Fat Lost, Men and Women (Skinfold Caliper Test)
  • Ø Largest % of Weight Lost, Men and Women

Cost: $50 for physical two physical assessments*. Appointment required. This is a discounted price specific for the Challenge. It is not required for participation, but is suggested. This will help you see how much exercise and eating right will help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

                        First Assessment: August 24 – August 31, 2015

                        Last Assessment:  September 28 – October 3, 2015

*The physical assessment is a 30-minute session one-on-one with a trainer. The trainer will take your weight and body fat, discuss your goals and put together a personal plan of action for you. 

Program Includes: A packet showing what exercises you will be doing each boot camp, small group, partner or personal training session for the month of September. Keep track of your reps and weight to see how you progress during the month.

If you are interested in adding a nutritional component to the program, our trainers and some of our clients use AdvoCare. We can also recommend Lisa Dierkers. She works with you to make sure you know what to eat and are getting all the nutrients you need. ldierkers@truevine.net, 513-315-8857.
