Toys for Tots

Explosion is partaking in B-105's Toys for Tots Drive.  Help us spread some Christmas cheer to some less fortunate families in the Cincinnati area.  All toys need to be brand new and unwrapped.  Toys should be dropped off to Emily by December 16th at the Fairfield gym.

Weightlifting Event in Mason Tomorrow!
We are happy to announce that our Mason gym will be hosting its first weightlifting competition. If you are in the neighborhood, come in to watch. It's fun to see how strong the weightlifters are, and who knows, they might inspire you to start your own journey to compete.
 
Because of the event, we are canceling Saturday morning Boot Camp at8:00am and All Ages Strength at 10:00am

Offering team training not only insures that your players are strong, agile and fast, but also offers a bonding time. They can learn to work together and realize each other's strengths.

Remember to Register for Classes!
Please remember to register for your sessions prior to your arrival at the gym. There are times when a trainer gets sick and we are scurrying around to cover classes.  If we see that no one signed up for a class, whether it is Strength, Speed/Agility or Boot Camp, we could cancel the class. If you are signed up, you are guaranteed to have a trainer waiting for you.
